Brighton Development Corporation has led the charge to redevelop Minneapolis' Historic Mill District into a successful new residential neighborhood. The Mill District is a national historic landmark and arguably one of the most scenic sites in Minneapolis, overlooking the Mississippi River and the historic Stone Arch Bridge. Brighton's vision has led to the successful restoration of these important industrial buildings to their former glory. As the historic birthplace of Minneapolis, the Mill District was once the epicenter of the grain-milling world. These important buildings have been reborn and now house some of the most wonderful living spaces in the city.

Starting with the award-winning conversion of the North Star Woolen Mill, and continuing with over 200 new homes still on the way, the Mill District is fast becoming a neighborhood of choice for those who have an eye for design and a desire to be at the heart of Minneapolis' center city.
