These townhomes were built on a formerly run-down block near Augsburg College. An award-winning, innovative design of shared underground parking (with separate entrances to the units) enables a higher density of townhomes than typical. The townhomes, which have brick exteriors, and beautiful screened porches, fit so well with the surrounding neighborhood that many have insisted they were part of a historic renovation rather than new construction. The townhomes were a part of a larger development that infilled the entire block and includes rental units on the end of the block.
