The Creamette Lofts are a combination of a renovation of a historic building consisting of 28 units plus a new complementary building housing 72 units. Located in the heart of the Warehouse District near the Mississippi River, Creamette Lofts was one of the first loft-style new construction rental buildings in Minneapolis. The interior was developed to expose vents, as well as brick, and the units feature open floor plans with kitchen islands.
