A unique partnership with the Minnesota Historic Society and several major tenants resulted in the saving of these "ruins". In the middle of the historic shell of the Mill a modern office/museum facility was constructed. The juxtaposition makes more dramatic the modern office and the Mill "ruins" as separate structures.
