The Townhomes at River Heights are situated on the site of the Funk Brewery, adjacent to the historic Schmidt Brewery, now Minnesota Brewery. Located in the heart of the historic West 7th/Fort Road Neighborhood, the Townhomes at River Heights were part of a larger effort waged by the West 7th/Fort Road Federation to improve existing housing stock and add new options. The project attracted many former neighborhood residents to return to St. Paul from suburban homes.
