Brighton Development Corporation has developed or substantially renovated 2673 units of affordable and market-rate rental housing. In addition to its own projects, Brighton has acted as a consultant to projects that were developed for ownership by non-profit organizations like Community Housing Development Corporation (CHDC), the Veteran's Administration, Catholic Charities and the Jeremiah Project.

Brighton's goal in this work is to create quality housing with strong management that improves the lives of residents and helps to revitalize the urban core.
